S’mores Oreo Icebox

· 1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened 

· 1 - 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream 

· 1 - 8 ounce container Cool Whip, thawed 

· 32 S'mores Oreos 

· 1/4 cup milk 

· 3 full size chocolate Hershey bars, chopped into small pieces 

· 1/4 cup mini marshmallow bits

· Beat the cream cheese until creamy. Add the whole jar of marshmallow cream and beat again. Use a spatula to push the mixture off the sides of the bowl. 

· Fold in the container of Cool Whip gently. Spread 2 Tablespoons of the filling on the bottom of an 8x8 pan. 

· Dip 16 cookies into the milk one at a time and place on the bottom of the pan. 

· Spread half the cheesecake mixture on top of the cookies. Repeat the layers with the remaining cookies, milk, and cheesecake. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight. 

· Cut into 12 squares and top with chocolate chunks and marshmallow bits. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
